Ordered a $60 gift card in April 2020. Recipient used it to purchase a paint by numbers pet painting kit. Despite numerous assurances of fulfillment of the order, the item has still not arrived as of January 2021.

I ordered a gift card for $60 in April 2020 to give as a gift. The recipient placed an order using the gift card. The was good communication early-on with the company but the order has still not been fulfilled as of January 2021 despite numerous assurances that it would ship within weeks each time we inquired. Eventually they stopped even responding to our inquiries.
I understand if this was a bee web commerce venture that went awry, but they should at least respond with some sort of explanation.

I ordered this back in April. I was told it shipped May 14. When I contacted the seller to get an update on why I had not received it yet, they claimed it was because COVID has backed up shipping. If it shipped May 14, it would not be delayed nearly two months by COVID, as it is now July 6. Any time I've tried to contact the seller since that initial reach out, they have been completely silent and will not return my emails. I wouldn't waste your money on it.
