I did everything I was told to do and purchased a vanilla non reliable car for $300 dollars which I would be refunded when the loan money was to be deposited into my account it never happened your number was out of service so I'll see u in court

I had applied for a personal loan online and was called by Union Finance a girl named ***** offering me a loan up to $5000. I told her I would t need that much I am just looking for a loan to repair my car. So we talked about 3000 loan and what the payments would be. She said the accounting manger would be contacting me soon. A woman named ****** ******** called saying she was the account manager and would be emailing me my loan documents, and I would have to call them back. Well I had to go to work. When I didn’t call back. I received texts messages stating they were going to cancel my loan and charge me 199.00 in 24 hours if I didn’t respond to them. Well first off I never got any loan application or terms of an agreement. After the text I called back and spoke with a man who claimed he was the account manager. When I said I went to this site and checked them out I saw they were a scam and I no longer am interested. He threatened me and told me he has all my information and would be selling my identity and to watch what that will do to me. All because I didn’t respond or reply to their text. or call them back. I told him. I have had a loan before and threatening me etc. because I don’t want to use their service is not the proper way to do business. They have all my information. I have already proceeded to change my account. They claim to be accredited by the ScamPulse.com and even say that in their call. They were very mean, rude and I’m now worried my identity will be sold.

They will ask for your account information, deposit a check into your account, ask you to return it to them in the form of a green dot and or similar form of card, with promises of depositing the full loan amount after this "verification process" is complete.

Union Finance contacted me about approval of a line of credit. They took all my information and said someone will be calling me back. No one called back so I called them and then they said they don't know how to deal with my bank and they have another bank. I hung up at that point and contacted the Better Business Bureau.
