I received an invoice from them for the same amount from the people I saw complained under the comment section of $433.00. We use Pacific Office Automation and have a specific person we go through for our toner. The invoice date is 5/8/2018. We have not ordered toner in the month of May yet. The contact name they have down is Titus... We don't have a Titus working for us. The machine they billed us for is an Oki Data 2633. We don't have that brand of printer. The email address is through a yahoo account and the phone number listed goes to a voicemail.

We received an invoice for $433.00 for Toner - Lanier 6745, Unit-Stock #8543. $398 for the toner and $35.00 for shipping. When I called the phone number on the invoice, a recording with a male voice answered. I left my name and phone number to call me back. A moment later the phone rang, I answered, and no one responded. This is a scam! We did not order or receive this toner. I looked up that particular item number listed on the invoice and from a normal supply store it would cost $38.00.

Some other libraries in my county have received this false invoice, and we have shared this info with each other. This was in January. Now an invoice arrived in May, and all info is the same except they changed the name from Central Supply to Unified Distribution.

Received an invoice from Unified Distribution. Not only do they have none of our actual company information correct, there is no PO# which is a huge red flag indicator that something was not right with this invoice. The contact name lists someone who is not even an employee with our company. When calling the number on the invoice (to call them out on this scam), the phone goes directly to voicemail.

Our business received an invoice in the amount of $433.00 from Unified Distribution for toner that we never purchased. When I tried to call the phone number provided, I got a recording stating that the person you have reached is not accepting calls at this time. When I looked up the company, the first thing I saw online was a scam alert with the same exact details (same amount, type of invoice) as what we received.

We had received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Ricoh, which is the company that we purchased our multi-use (fax, copier, scanner) machine from. We currently have a service agreement with them and it includes our toner replacements. They asked for our copy count, which we have to provide to them from time to time. In the mail today we received a bogus invoice from Unified Distribution; a company we have never heard from. We apparently owe nearly $400 for toner that we never received or ordered. This is a scam that we have heard is going around our area and other offices have experienced this. We have tried to reach out multiple times to Unified Distribution with no luck. They only have a recording that no one responds to.
