The business sent me an email with a form stating I had unclaimed money from Neiman Marcus and to sign the form and fax or email it back. I did work for NM, and I got laid off in 2015; I thought it was really from NM. I was supposed to get my check in 10 weeks, but 10 weeks have come and gone. I am not sure what happened, but I believe the funds were there, and the company took advantage of the unclaimed funds. I may have had a small check outstanding because the day I was laid off, I was also closing on my home. This event resulted in two addresses, and funds may have been returned.

The form the company sent has the P. O. Box 25430, Overland Park, Kansas 66225
