My information was taken and a purchase was made according to supply center USA. Once I realized I didn’t make this purchase I tried to find a number to call which they said they didn’t have and to contact by email. I emailed them letting them know I didn’t make this purchase and wanted to know how they got my personal information and credit card number, which they charged $58.80 to. I was contacted by email stating they refunded my money because the product was on back order. I again told them I didn’t make the order and asked how they got my information. I never received a response and the refund they said they gave to my stolen credit card info never came through. So I contacted them saying my refund never came through as I checked with my bank and I still wanted to know how they obtained my info and from what state was the “purchase” made. I haven’t heard back since. So I’ve already made a fraud report to my bank and will be contacting Florida’s state AG and the BBB. Beware of this fraudulent company, they have a horrible credibility score online and don’t have any contact info online other than email address to contact them. I did find they are out of Florida and not much more at this time. My attorney is going to be researching this for me and I’ll go from there.
