i ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT PACKAGE SAID ON TRACKING # YZKWLl18205959QQ THE MERCHANDISE WAS DELIVERED ON 01/22/23 ORDER #uiewiy15525 . I RECEIVED ONE RESPONSE AND THEY CHECKED WITH SHIPPING COMPANY THEY SAID PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND I ASKED MY NEIGHBORS AND THE APARTMENT OFFICE NO ONE SEEN THIS BOX THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED. THE TRACKING SAID IT WAS DELIVERD BY USPS I CHECKED WITH THEM AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT FROM THEIR SYSTEM. I ATTEMPTED TO EMAIL THREE MORE TIMES ABOUT REFUNDING MY PURCHASE SINCE THE PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN AND STILL NO RESPONSE.
