Walking pad ordered in July never received, no response

I was on Facebook one day and saw an ad about a walking pad. I ordered it back on July 13th, I have not received yet. Nor have I had any response to my emails and when I try and call the number, it's busy and recently I noticed a charge on my account, I contacted the bank to drop that and the bank gave me a number which I tried but every time I call, it's a different voice and different voicemail message, and I also realized it was this company with the extra charge on my account.

Unauthorized charge and no response from walking pad company

I went to order a walking pad / treadmill. I clicked on a Facebook link which advertised it for $49.99 + 4 gifts and free shipping. They took my $49.99. I received a confirmation with no tracking. 4 days later, an unauthorized $39.99 was taken out of my checking. I reached out with the email provided stating I would like my product to be shipped and my $40 to be refunded to my account or to give me a complete refund. I have heard nothing from this company. I have filed a dispute with my bank. After purchasing and looking up strideco, I realize others are targeted with the same scam. I hope others don't fall for this and are able to recover their money lost.
