I went to their website and even sent videos of the device and how it was not working. They promptly responded to these and reportedly watched all of them. And tried to help me with suggestions and follow-up. I asked them to stop shipment of the second device which did not happen. Now I have two of them that do not work as they originally posted.

Ordered online, shipping date continues to get pushed back 1-2 weeks, no response via email, and no means to call as they do not post a phone number for support.
