I ordered a pillow from tryneedo.com on July 22, 2026 and soon realized that a lot of information on the website, like the reviews seemed to be fake. I started to do some research and realized that many people had complained about this product and website. On July 24 I emailed the company and asked to cancel my order. I was told that the order was processed and could not be cancelled, but I could ask for a refund when the pillow arrived. When the pillow arrived it was much different than the advertised product - it was flat, and it had no molding. It did not look like the product on the website. I asked for a refund on August 6, and later that day [email protected] emailed to ask why I wanted a refund. I listed the items above, but they never responded. I again asked for a refund. I asked for a refund again on August 11. Today is August 18, 2026 and I have never heard from the company. I have emails to document all of this. The company does not list a phone number or any other contact information.

Claims they have a 30 day money back guarantee on their products. We received the products, opened them up, and they were of extremely poor quality. The products were not used. I immediately contacted customer service for a refund to initiate a return. They refused to give me a full refund. They initiated a 50% refund without my approval. This is a bogus company and they need to be shut down. The pillow that we received is nothing like the picture which I will upload below. The website shows an entirely different pillow.
