I placed an order for AI generated headshots from Tryitonai.com on 3/21/23. At the time, the order fulfillment time was listed as 10-24 hours. After 24 hours, and not receiving my headshots, I emailed Team at tryitonai.com, as listed on the website. The response was that there was an issue with my photos uploading to their website and was sent a new link. I attempted to re-upload my photos but experienced another issue with only a few of my photos uploading. I reached out again to Team at tryitonai.com and was asked to email my photos directly to them and they would manually upload them for me. I have since requested updates regarding my order and have not received a response. I have also messaged Tryitonai via their Instagram and commented on a post requesting an update. I have received no response to my messages and my comment was deleted. I purchased AI generated headshots from Tryitonai.com for $17.00 in good faith but they have failed to provide their promised service.
