website stated my order would ship in 8 business days. confirmation email I received for order then stated it would take 18-28 days. only available contact on website was by an email address. There is no phone number on their website. No where on their website does it state this is a company in China and order coming from there. Return policy on website gives no address for returns. I asked to cancel my order the same day placed through an email address provided from their website. three days later i received a reply email that said my order could not be cancelled. I received order 23 days from initial purchase. I asked to return and was given an address in China to return and then I would get a refund. The silent basketball I received looks nothing like what is advertised on their website. It is generic with no logo and smaller than a full size basketball as advertised.

Purchased two basketballs for $80. When they arrived, they were horrible quality and very much a scam purchase. When i asked about a return, they said i could return for a refund but i had to pay return shipping
which ended up being to China which was going to cost about $100.
