Product was advertised as "authentic charred oak" "Charred like real whiskey barrels", shows a blackened interior. Cups rec'd are not charred and do not resemble advertised product. Google Lense identifies these as Jujube wood (Chinese date), not oak. This is a materially misrepresented product. Seller offered only 10% partial refund instead of honoring their "100% satisfaction guaranteed or get your money back" promise. Product came in a flimsy plastic pouch, with a warehouse label hidden underneath the shipping label. The advertised product was a 2 for 1 - get two charred oak whiskey cups for $29. Paid by PayPal. Similar cups, similar photos, can be seen on Temu and Alibaba. I kpet pushing back and they went as high as 20% back without return. Their website had a return policty
