I ordered a one-time purchase and somehow got put on an automatic subscription. The company is call Spartan and they sell shampoo for thinning hair. Results are supposed to be within 3 to 4 months, knowing that I bought enough for 6 months. There was no indication of being put on an automatic renewal and there is no way to cancel even with their prompts it just sends you in a loop. Their email responses are automated, they say sorry for the confusion and tell you more about the product. The phone number gives an automated response which says the phone support is not currently available and to email them. The refund policy you need to request through email which gives you same automated response. On their website they say you do not need to return the product to cancel - but there is no way to actually cancel and they have your money. I had to call the back to set up a stop payment of any future charges but what concerns me is they have my credit card and address information.
