The best thing I can do would be to insert a copy of the email response I received from them to indicate I thought all was well after submitting my order to them. The fact that after a month or so, not receiving the merchandise, I began emailing and calling the phone number without hearing back and/or being able to contact them by phone. I did a Google search of the company and also looked up the address on Google maps which was of no help at all. When I didn't see the name of the company on any of the offices, I figured that since Google's photos were from approximately 2 years ago, it may not have existed yet. Photo of building is below.

Following is the email I received back from TrustVolt minus personal information:

I ordered more than 2 units from them and can't believe I fell for this scam. I realize it's too late to recover anything and just want to help caution anyone else from making the same mistake as I did. It was too late to have PayPal give any assistance. I'm sorry I didn't think to check with the ScamPulse.com until now. Had I done it immediately, there may have been a chance to catch them. No doubt they are long gone by now.
