My father received a letter in the mail saying his house was going to be foreclosed on. The letter was very specific with dates, amounts, and even a local credit union name. He is 92 years old and blind. This was extremely upsetting. His house was paid off in 1979. Upon calling the 1-888 telephone number they would not provide me any info except to say the info on his house was obtained through public records. They were trying to get me to talk to a representative to refinance his house which was ridiculous. When I pressed them for more info they hung up on me. They would not give me their address or anything else except the business name of Trustees Mitigation and that they were located in California. I looked on line and did find an address that might be theirs, but I am not sure.
