Sam Aggarwal stole our money

We bought licences of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC via True.org. We cancelled 3 times, and our credit card continued to be charged for the fee despite 3 requests to STOP.

We did a consulting jig for True org. Sam Aggarwal is real magician, he lures you into getting free work done and ensures you slaves for him and leaves you without any paycheck. Ultimately they are one of the biggest scamster I know. How they got their gold membership, I would never know. Customers who are inclined to get thier services better find a good partner, or this guy is going to scam you out of your pockets. This could sound a bit harsh, but coming from personal experience, these guys have no capability at their management but do tall promises to customer and fail to deliver eventually as they don't have the basic idea of what they are going to build or how much is it going to cost. Really unsatisfied and pathetic to work with such company.

I purchased Outlook in 2018 from Acumor Solutions, now going by True.Org Cloud. I was given 1 product key for the 6 licenses I purchased, but at the time I only needed to use 4 of the licenses. In 2019, I went to use one of the remaining licenses but the product key was not working, so I called Acumor. Sam Agrawal, the owner, told me that the product key had expired after a year. I was never made aware that this would happen when I originally purchased Outlook. He would not help me unless I paid $75 to generate a new download URL, but I had already spent $550 for the product. I shouldn’t have to pay more money to get access to a product I had already paid for. They refused to assist me. I called Microsoft who got them to assist me. I was eventually given a new product key, but I was not given a permanent product key because 3 months later in Dec 2019 I had to call again because Outlook stopped working on the same computer. I was getting an error message that the product key was deactivated. It took 6 months (from July 2019 to Jan 2020) of calling and emailing Acumor/True.Org to get the above handled. Yesterday, 12/14/2020, the product on the SAME computer is AGAIN not working due to the license not being active. I called Acumor/ True.Org but they told me they are not going to assist me in fixing the issue. I had to call this company in 2019 due to a defective product, now I have to call again due to the same issue. I purchased 6 licenses and I was never able to use all of them and they will not help me get the product I purchased to work. They only wanted my money.
