The tracking website https://www.track718.com/en/detail?nums=SJHSD18551282YQ is not real and does not translate to proper English and they update is as you reach out for more info. They mark your package as delivered on their tracking website and tell you they are using private companies at the final stretch and cant provide you with tracking. Then they tell you they cant refund if the item was marked as delivered.
