I received a voicemail and I called back. The woman on the phone wouldn't identify herself but wanted me to verify my information. When I asked her to tell me who she was with she said T &M but wouldn't give me any more information. She hung up on me and I called back. That's when she rudely said " oh we're going to serve you tomorrow anyway so we don't have anything else to talk about." I then get a call from my mother, who lives in another state saying she was receiving calls threatening me from this agency.

I got a call from a lady saying there was a complaint against me and to call a 844 number for more info. I called and a guy named Robert Brandt said I had credit card debt for around $6000 from 2008. Gave very little information. Wanted me to sign some forms. I emailed them back and said I was not signing anything until I had more info and could verify this claim. This was 2 days ago. I have not heard anything yet. There is too much of this going around right now. These companies should be reported for fraud.

My 2 sisters got messages from someone claiming that I needed to get in contact with someone asap due to legal reasons, leaving an 844 number and a case number through text (1st unprofessional sign) One of my sisters I have not spoken to in years and they used my dead grandmother of 10 years' name in that message. I called the number and was greeted by an Angela Richardson who proceeded to tell me that I was being served papers due to an Aaron's account from 7 and a half years ago. She proceeded to tell me they were going to take my car and had access to all bank accounts connected to my SSN. At first I freaked because it is mid pandemic, I am 5 months pregnant and this debt was from a very bad time and relationship in my life so I had a full blown anxiety attack over this call. I called my husband who came right home, we agreed to a docusign through email to settle for less than half of the owed amount (which thankfully I never signed but was sign #2 sign of scam)
My husband and I did research, found this site as well as many others claiming stories similar to mine so we called her back and requested more information which she got really defensive and refused to disclose anything other than that she was taking it as we were disputing and that we would be getting served. We asked to be transferred to the disputing department but apparently they don't have one. We told her that we needed her lawyers number because we planned to counter sue for harassment and physical distress to this pregnancy. She hung up on us twice, the third time my husband got through her boss told him they were not going to serve me and that if we continued then they would be suing us for harassment.
This story is a lot longer and more detailed than what is here but this girl and business is a scam and unprofessional.

Received a voicemail from 2106222051, Female voice, stating an urgent message for me about a complaint and pending action against me. And to immediately contact "The Firm" at 8446784942. They had my first and last name and called both my cell phone and landline phones. The wording was suspicious and no company names were given.

Called said I would get served on monday. Thought about it all weekend. Did some research. They had this same scam about 3 months ago over same bill.

This scam is still very active. They contacted me AND my daughter with a collections email for $2500.00. Please stop these people. Im disabled and on SS Disability and these threats are excrutiating and cruel.

Same scam happened with me. They had a fake person call to schedule a time to serve me court paper regarding a complaint against me. I was advised to call another number in which I spoke with Angela Richardson. Very unprofessional saying I was being “sued” for over $7,000 for some credit card I’ve never had. When I questioned why there no open court case for me on the county website she became angry and began reading information from my credit report which is concerning. I filed complaints the attorney general. I never received my court summons and this is for sure a scam. Awful people!
