I attempted to make a purchase from this website, a vinyl record advertised as $33.60. I added the item to my cart, and went through the checkout process via PayPal. Right before I authorized the amount, I noticed that the amount that was going to charge to my debit card was now listed in Japanese yen, instead of USD, and the amount shown was ¥120,400 ($800) - unfortunately I had already approved the transaction before realizing what was happening. I reached out to the seller via their email on the site to request a refund but received an "undelivered mail notice" stating that the "[email protected]" server was unable to receive mail. I have recieved a tracking number for my "item" that I "purchased" since then, however, it is fraudulent as well, stating that an item was shipped and delievered to Indiana on December 19th. (I made the purchase on December 25th and I live in New York.)

I have since reached out to PayPal and my bank ****** ****** and submitted claims to each.
