I agreed to pay for weight loss patches totaling $31.96 thru PayPal but was ultimately charged $38.35. When contacting company about extra charges, I was told "any additional charges reflected in your PayPal or credit card statement such as extra tax, handling, or foreign transaction fees are to support smooth processing, order verification, and compliance with international regulations. This ensures we can continue offering safe, convenient, and global shopping services." PayPal said 'too bad'. Then I said cancel my order. Of course they couldn't do that because it had already shipped.

I see several companies related to this also. "Channel Flow Digital, lupoua.com answers the email, trimease usa advertises" SCAM

I was SCAMED the company selling weight loss patches for CVS. TrimEase USA and I have been trying ever since to get my money back. They over charged me for items I did not order. I asked them to cancel the order 5 minutes after it was placed. They didn't. They shipped the order any way and they sent the wrong items.
