Tall mixed male driving gray truck, long braids..promise to take down trees in backyard and trim.. 2 weeks he kept saying he was coming

After asking local people for a tree service, they have used in the past, Tyler reached out to me, saying that he owns his own company and he could do the job. After taking 575 for the deposit, Tyler provided excuse after excuse as to why he’d be late, that he was in a car accident, that he’d be right over and then he’d never show up and this continued multiple times. He then stopped communicating all together, even after threats to go to the police and go through the courts. After the local police write a report alleging larceny under $1200, i went to small claims where Tyler was a no-show 2x, and on the 3rd visit to the magistrate i asked for a capius and was awarded the warrant and as of my penning this complaint, it is in the hands of the Sheriff’s office.
