Their online ad looked credible but wasn’t until I entered my email address that I realized I wasn’t dealing with the actual Nexus website. Instead I had to pick a time to have a phone conversation with one of their “consultants”. I spoke to a woman named Jaimie Jackson who was very pushy. She sounded like she was simply trying to make a sale. She said they are a federally regulated business and are not considered a “third party” applicant because of this designation. Part of their packages also offer business lounge access at 1300 airports for 5 years. This is where it sounded too good to be true. For the expedited/premium packages, they wanted you to pay either $897 USD or $1297 USD to guarantee that your application is processed and your nexus card is issued within a certain amount of time (quickest turnaround is 3-6 months). On the actual Nexus website, it says that third party consultants don’t get to jump to the front of the line so this expedited service cannot be true. Also for some reason Jaimie Jackson kept sending me emails stating that she was texting me over and over, although I never received any of her texts. Their website says that they were created from another business called 407Cleared, which helps criminals get a waiver to cross the border into the States. I cannot find anything reputable online pertaining to either business.
