It happed to many people. I booked 2 tickets. They called me to confirm that only one seat is booked. They gave me choice to transfer from another country or pay more to get the second seat. I could not cancel it because one seat was already confirmed. I have to paid the cancellation fees. I have checked online, same story to many people. They did not tell the truth. They are very professional to trick others.
