The second leg of a flight out of Denver was cancelled. I was frantically trying to reach United Airlines which was the next flight out to my final destination. I googled United Airlines phone and received this "customer service" phone number. The agent was able to get me on the flight and said "you will receive 2 charges on your credit card, which is normal." When I pushed back and asked directly if I was speaking to United Airlines she said yes, don't worry you're on the flight and you'll receive the confirmation text shortly. I received the text confirming my flight. When it showed up on my credit card the second charge was to Travelation UA Tkt and it was more than the United Airlines ticket.
