Report

ordered a pool vacuum, money was taken from account and i never received the vacuum. After order was placed I never received an order number or confirmation email. When questioned, I had to communicate via Whatsup app. Continued to request refund and Chris continued to state the refund had been processed but would never provide a tranaction number. i have the messages of the communication in which he continues to state the refund has been processed and to allow 7 days for my institution to process.
