I hope you are doing well. This is Jeremy Parker with the Trademark Registration USA. We have received an application to register a trademark for the same business as yours, "XXXX".
Upon conducting an initial search, we found your information associated with "XXXX” We would like to confirm whether you are willing to reserve the trademark rights under your ownership. If not, the other applicant is moving forward in order to get the ownership rights of the same name as yours.
According to U.S. regulations, if someone is using a similar brand, we are required to notify the owner and provide 2 to 3 business days to file for the trademark. Trademarks are registered on a first-come, first-served basis and are federally registered through the USPTO. This means that the first entity to register the trademark will hold ownership of the brand identity in 50 states across the US.
