On 4/7/19 I ordered a Radio flyer canopy to attach to my children’s wagon for shade. I was hoping to receive it at the beginning of summer, and the order states that it is still processing. I have emailed and called the support contact information with no response. Just looked up the company information and only found negative reviews and that it is a scam website.

The business doesn't exist.

Website seems legitimate at first glance. Came up in Google search when I was looking for a specific toy for my son. Made a purchase online; order confirmation sent. Logging into site will show order is still "processing" after multiple weeks. Business phone number doesn't exist; tried calling. Emails are not returned. Address is for a mall in New Jersey that doesn't know what the store is.

Site appears to be geared towards collecting personal and credit card information, ostensibly for nefarious purposes. My card wasn't even charged.

Purchase made in late Jun 2019. Please don't use this site. If you do, I highly advise you contact your financial institution and notify them; they should cancel your card and issue you a new one with a different number.

I placed an order for a toy on 5/20/19 and immediately received an email confirmation. I have tried reaching them at the phone number on their website to check the status of my order. The phone number does not work, fast busy signal every time. I have sent three emails and none have been responded to. This is a fake website. I believe they are collecting credit card information.

Very similar to others experiences. Put in an order on the website for a 2 in 1 flip sofa. Received an order confirmation. Tried emailing and calling company to follow up on status of order and no response. I just called my bank to reissue my credit card because although there aren’t charges on my account from them yet- I don’t want them to have a chance to.

I ordered a children's toy through the website. Everything seemed legitimate. I then received an email confirmation for the purchase. Again, no red flags. After two weeks passing with no shipment notification or other update whatsoever, I tried reaching out to the company. I received no response to my email. The phone number listed on the website was not a working phone number. And the address given on the site is a general address to a large mall in NJ. By all accounts, it seems I've been scammed by a "company" that doesn't actually exist.

This is an ABSOLUTE FAKE/SCAM website! After the purchase, I was never sent a tracking #, the order status is always "Processing".

They even spelled their site name wrong in the "Confirmation" email they sent me!

Emailed them multiple times w/ no response. Phone # is fake, their address is for the mall in NJ.

Research them & you'll see all the stories are the same! They take your card info to steal/sell it!!

Punk ***/ Female Dog ***/ [censored] / Losers! Be a real man you coward, I'm sure you make your parents proud you ***!!

I ordered a lego set for my son 3 weeks ago from Toyscrates.com. The item has never been received. When I checked my order, it says processing, but has never been updated. I’ve trued to call them, but the number is out of order. I emailed them and have received no response. At this point, I can only assume I’ve been scammed.

I Placed an order from this website and they took all my credit card information and said my order had gone through. I have tried numerous times to reach them via email and by phone. Their phone is disconnected and cannot get a hold of any one. after doing some research online, I found that I am not the only one having the issues. It seems like their using the website to steal customers credit card information and identities.

I tried calling the phone number all lines were busy. I did a reverse look up the number was not found. The address did not come up on google maps as that company name eiher. So I never made a purchase. The price was too good to be true so I investigated before I made a purchase.

Ordered something through this website. I got a confirmation number but then nothing after that. Tracking number links on the site just says "sale completed". Calling the number on the website 898-725-3427 takes me to an automated message indicating that the number is invalid. The address listed on their contact page is just for the location of a mall: 180 New Jersey 35, Eatontown, NJ, 10012. Attempts to reach their support email has been unresponsive for almost a week. This is clearly a fake scammer website.

Found toys offered at a nice discount. Ordered two items with free shipping. Order confirmation email was sparse on info. Customer service emails were never answered. Phone number listed on website is inactive. And priduct never arrived.
