The item took over 3 weeks to arrive and shipping tracking info said being made in China. The item does not work and neither my husband or I am able to get the balls to revolve. I first saw the ad on Facebook and ordered from that site, got a confirmation but after 3 emails and 2 failed calls, I have not had any information about how to return the item, which was reported to have a 30 day guarantee and free refunds. The phone number first said no one is available to take your call, and 2 days later, I get a continuous busy signal so I assume it is disconnected.
