I purchased wireless headphones that appeared to be Bose at a discounted price. This add was on Facebook. I was supposed to receive an email when my purchase was to be shipped. I never received an email. There is no contact number, just an email address. I have sent emails several times and no one has responded to my emails. They stated 2-4 weeks, it is well over that time now.
