Top Tools Kits offers very deep discounts on tools. I purchased a tool with my PayPal account. PayPal then charged my credit card for $94.00. However the vendor claimed the order was never finalized and did not ship the product. Multiple attempts to email [email protected] resulted in no response. We are waiting on PayPal to review the problem and hopefully refund our money. I would not recommend ordering anything from this website.
