This company sells counterfeit items. It is located in China, but as others have said, it presents itself as located in London England. It advertises on Facebook. I purchased two telescopes for $161.83. When they arrived, they did not match the desciption on the website, were missing knobs, and did not focus. Worthless junk. When I contacted customer service, I was offered 15% and keep the items, 10% and keep the items, an instruction video (did not open the attachment since I don't trust the company), and told to sell or gift the defective items to someone else. OMG. What a lack of integrity. I called them out on it. Then they offered me 50% off and the option to return the items to China at my cost. I had requested a pre-paid shipping label. I refused, told them I wanted a full refund and they needed to send me a pre-paid Fedex or UPS lable. I don't expect any resolution from them. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the sale. Don't purchase from Tomaob.

Purchased 2 reclining camp chairs.
Items that arrived were definitely NOT reclining camp chairs.
Contacted the company and at first was told that the correct items were sent.
I contacted them again advising that that the items sent were not the correct ones. They offered me a 15% refund of $133.10. I advised that was not acceptable.
I then had to provide them with a photo of the shipping label, which they then responded to stating that their shipping dept sent the wrong items. I could keep the chairs, they would give me 30% refund and 50% off another type of chair on their website. That it wouldn't be cost effective for me to return the items. That didn't make any sense to me since the items were shipped from the same state that I live in.
I let them know I was not interested in their offer. The return shipping address is for CHINA, which will cost anywhere from $70-80 to ship to. I would be required to provide the company with a tracking # and if the returned items arrived damaged, no money would be refunded. Hmmm, so, how will I know that they wouldn't be trying to scam me AGAIN by saying that the items arrived damaged so that they don't have to refund me any money?
Eventually contacted PayPal, since that is how the payment was made and they will not issue a refund unless proof of return shipping is provided. It is not PayPal's policy to let a buyer keep a product and receive a full refund.

When you research the website, they say that they are located in LONDON. No where on the website does it say that they are in China or that the items will ship from China.

I received the same telescope. It was a broken piece of garbage. They are a total fraud company. I am on a mission to get the companies like FaceBook to stop advertising for these scoundrels.

Ordered 2 License Plate Solar Wireless Camera - Dedicated to US License Plate frames for an RV and front of vehicle. I received (after 2 months) 2 license plate frames, NOT WIRELESS, NOT SOLAR, but hard wired. The company included a note that says for Complaint-suggestions or returns contact them at [email protected]. I notified them of their mistake, they claimed that is what I ordered, I sent them copies of the receipt and add reflecting wireless and solar, they still said it is what I ordered. When I asked for a refund they stated it would be $20.00 to ship back to them, my cost or I could accept a 20% refund and keep the product. I told them full refund. When I checked shipping, it is over $150.00 to ship this product back, more than what I paid for it. I gave them every opportunity to make this right and have now filed this complaint and have disputed the charge with my credit card company, false advertising. Do not order from them.

The images show expected telescope and large box advertised as "shipping from California". This is a scam. After paying money, you get no tracking number because the company is shipping from China and they don't want you to know where it really comes from. You will hear nothing but excuses from the support center which is obviously use to responding in this msnner. The images from tomaob site sets the expectations on what you intend to buy but when you finally get your item 2 to 3 weeks later it is a cheap $10 knock off. In short a scam, false advertising and against the law. I looked up the item we were shipped which came in a ragged package with items throw in the box like a child packaged it. We could find it for $10 no joke. The size and appearance is clearly different. When complaint was filed with company I confirmed my suspicion they cannot understand English well and are trying to say these two products are the same. They want me to pay to ship back fake item and ignore my request for refund. I refuse to pay any more money to them. If you have been a victim please post your story and in large numbers we can put an end to what they are doing. It is illegal.

Yes this is a scam company. Pretending to ship from USA California, but this is Chinese knockoff products. Same exact experience with different product from them. We should get all the victims of this scam company and file class action lawsuit.

Purchased a "reclininer luxury camping chair" and paid additional for the footrest. The product took a month to arrive (after paying for faster shipping) and is nothing like the advertisement. First is the picture from the facebook ad, next is a current picture from the web site, and finally a picture of the chair as received.
