Ad on TikTok from this company selling purses. I purchased on 12/15/25 and followed the tracking number every other day. This company appeared to be from the US but merch is from China. On 1/17/26 tracking said the package was delivered. I contacted customer service to inform them that it had not been delivered and also found that they changed the zip code and said it was delivered and to check with neighbors. I told them that I have cameras and it wasn’t delivered to my home or my neighbors home and that the zip code had been changed. They stated that they updated the zip and stated that I would receive my package within 5-7 days. They created another tracking number which said again it was coming from china and this tracking page was completely different than the first. I have just excepted that I have gotten scammed and there is no package coming.
