I bought a product $190 at time pharmacy, and they said package is shipping but delivery company need me to pay refundable insurance $135 via Zelle. I really confused but I paid, once I paid my back account locked, so I know it probably is a scam. I requested time pharmacy solves this issue whatever refund or resend via another agency, they said no, and forced me to pay refundable insurance.
