Timeless Glass Gallery sells online via their own website and third-party vendors such as Etsy and eBay. I purchased an item from their website, which required completing an Age Verification process from another company, AgeChecker.Net, that asked for lots of personal information including a government-issued picture ID. The sale went through; I received confirmation the sale was completed. But then the business canceled the sale, keeping 50% of my money. I tried again with a note explaining the previous problem, only to have the same result. I then emailed the company to ask for an explanation on why they kept canceling my order and keeping some of the money, but only received insults in return.
