Tilting Car Lift 3000 Reports & Reviews (10)

ShopPlazza dot com had an advertisement on Facebook "Super Early Bird Deal $24.99 Only 50 PCS - Tilting Car Lift 3000" as some above mentioned. I was taken to site with the buy now option and entered the required information. I paid with PayPal which I thought would be safe as they guarantee... I received a PayPal receipt and shipping details never came. No more emails, no tracking numbers, etc. I've check spam, trash, and every email folder with no luck finding any more emails. I filed complaint with PayPal and was assured "no problem" we will take care of this... blah, blah, blah. I received an email from PayPal a week or so later saying my claim was denied because shipper provided a shipping tracking number. A copy of this information was provided and it showed a shipping number and a delivery date with note saying left in or at mailbox. I work from home and was home all day, know my postal carrier by first name because we see each other almost daily. The window in my home office has a view of the street, driveway and my mailbox. I saw the mail delivered that day, day before and day after, etc. No packages were delivered during this time period. I receive a notice from USPS with a daily rundown and picture of each piece of mail to be in my delivery each and every day except Sundays and Federal Holidays. No such notification was ever received.

I called USPS to inquire about the tracking number and was told that there was indeed a package with that tracking number but it was addressed and delivered to a completely different person with a different address on a completely street not even close to my neighborhood. The nice lady even checked it twice and asked what and where the package to be coming from and I didn't really know anything but the email address provided by PayPal but she assured me it was from an address in the United States but not from Shoplazza or anything like that but rather an individual with an American sounding name. My point is nothing to indicate something from China or similar, but the PayPal information did have a couple of Chinese symbols that led me to believe that along with the email address. I was directed to the USPS Fraud Dept to file a report at https://www.uspis.gov/report/mailfraud which is the proper web site for the US Postal Inspection Services (USPIS). I filed a report a few weeks ago and have heard nothing back, no update email, nothing. There is no place on their website to check the status of a claim. There is a Mail Fraud Complaint tel. no. of 1-800-372-8347 which I have called and have told that there has been no new entries regarding my complaint. This whole complaint is to get PayPal to believe me that I never received a package since the sender provided their "Proof" with the bogus tracking number, well not bogus, but not addressed to me anyway.

At a loss. It's not the money, I won't be hurt by it personally but others may and I don't like thieves and that is exactly what these people are is thieves, crooks, scammers.
"I wish people like this would be executed in China..." that's a good one @Cloud Strife

UPDATE: After 2 months of going through PayPal and the US Postal Inspection Service to report the fraud, the USPIS finally provided a letter stating that the tracking number these scammers supplied to PayPal was not for a package delivered to me, but to another innocent person from my same zip code which the scammers are somehow able to get without much effort which PP and USPIS don't seem too concerned. Stay after them no matter if it is for $5 or $5,000 because they have to be stopped.

Complete scam. I purchased one with Paypal and they sent me a syringe. Then a dozen emails from some lady who kept saying they sent me the right thing. A complete scam. Dont buy one. I am waiting for Paypal to refund my money.

Saw it considered buying it. till I did the research.

Scam.. would love one but I ordered and reordered from different site.. luckily I got my money back both times by entering a PayPal dispute or a credit card dispute.

I thought wow what a great deal. But then I thought they are either gonna scam me on shipping charges or this deal is to good to be true. Then I came here. I took some screen shot pictures of the ad. Facebook makes me sick with all their Fact checkers and censorship. For real creeps where are ypur Fact Checker's when it comes to these rip off ads?

AGREED! Here's my thing , since Facebook puts all of this censorship stuff on their front lines and has constant staff reviewing our personal posts two and four people , which falls under our legal free speech rights if you ask me, anyway they claim to have fully staffed their entity to manage all their supposed hate speech . I find it incredible that they just can't seem to take a look at things that are definitely true crime , and costing people way more than a sorry word or two on a webpage ! Every dollar can matter to somebody come on let alone when you get up into the hundreds of dollars . The comment a couple above this one the lady mentions what happened with the post office and how they told her that because of the tracking number it says delivered and how PayPal didn't want to refund due to that very reason . I will add to her story a little bit because I had ordered a welder and it was in the upwards of almost $300 and it claims to have been delivered as well and we were told that exact same story literally almost word for word is how she described it . What I found interesting is that the address it says it was delivered to on our situation happened to be a hospital across the street from us . The only way we were able to get our money back on that is because the hospital is no longer even open and there is nobody there to receive it nor is there any place that they would consider a back door as stated. So my biggest concern that's arising out of reading these things is how exactly are these people getting true tracking numbers to supply their website customers with a tracking number to begin with that is close enough to be above used to them in this way? It's not like they can throw out a random number and hope it happens to be in the same state even let alone on the same street ? It almost feels creepy criminal in a way like somebody is getting way too close with their information unauthorized access getting it . Maybe I will call the post office fraud again and share my information and the liking of it to the other person because there's something the matter with all of that . Anyway maybe everybody on Facebook should get a Facebook class action going against them for conspiracy 2 provide faults marketplace offerings resulting in consumer loss and fraud . The scariest thing about this is that the company doing the damage is gathering your personal information and credit card. Give it a couple months I guarantee you you will have more damage
Doesnt it constitue

Was excited but got scammed for the car jack and did some research to only find out that the tilt 3000 is actually 1000 plus. I got a car project to do and now I'm disappointed. I wish people like this would be executed in China...
