They gave me fake tracking number that doesn’t Mach with the post office
They ship some small plastic in a small bag I don’t understand what it is so I contact them by email to file a complaint but they insist the item that the item has been shipped to my address so I have decided to rate them and pretend as if receive I receive so I can get access to to their website page they didn’t reply
They also use this address Hopeowealth.com to sale their fake product that doesn’t exist .this people need be hold accountable to what they have done to Americans during the pandemic nobody should have to go through this after we lost families and friends during this pandemic and Chinese people are doing this scams
It’s not fair and I am very sure I am not the only victim here .

I ordered a pallet of goods on June 24-2021 from the pallet clearance store Order #GGJ49985 . I have emailed them multiple times asking where my order was and the keep replying it is getting ready to be shipped. After almost 2 months still no pallet. I'm very mad about this.SCAM ARTISTS

They advertised as a Amozon pallet consumers return.. They show people standing next to 56.00 dollar pallets bigger than the person..they offered different size pallets..I bought a big pallet for 99.99 dollars then bought 2 small pallets for 30.00 dollars...I used my credit card the payment supposedly went through PayPal..took a month to get a tracking order with multiple emails back inforth..they sent 2 stickers & a cordless drill & a plastic screwdriver set..the items had no senders name & no return address..contacted them where's my pallets, they said the items were delivered cause of the tracking number that you NVR find the carrier...but I could return the 3 items for a small return..its a scam people please don't fall for it...

Purchased a National Park Emblem. Website states it is made in the US and portions of the money will be donated to the park. After waiting weeks for shipping I contacted customer service only to realize that the company is based in China. When the item was received, it looked nothing like what the website described. My wooden emblem was a paper stuck to a styrofoam board. Numerous attempts for a refund have been denied. I attempted to leave a review on their website only to be alerted that I was never a customer. The company/person refuses to acknowledge any errors or fraud or reimburse my purchase (I refuse to send it back to China because the shipping would cost more than the purchase itself - I paid for shipping in the initial purchase)

Ordered floating mat in October of 2020. It's now April 28th 2021 and have not received it. Sent many emails asking on status and the seller keeps saying it's in transit. They supply a tracking number but it does not work or says it's invalid.

Ordered the floating matt and received one but not the balance of the order. email from them said it was back ordered. on Jan 6 2021 i received an email stating the order was canceled and i would receive a refund. Nothing was refunded and now i received an email saying it was over six months and that pay pal ( i did not use paypal to purchase)would not refund over that time period. it has only been four months since canceling.
the mat i did receive was nothing like what was shown on there web site. Pure junk.

I purchased a floating pad on August 21, 2020. I paid with PayPal $49.99. They have sent many emails telling me it was on back order. They did send e-mail on February 11, 2021 telling me they no longer had it in stock and they were going to refund my money. As of April 13, 3021 I have no refund. I emailed them again and told them to refund me. I haven’t heard from them. I decided to check them out and that is when I found out they were a scam. I ordered this off FB. As strict as they are, they shouldn’t let this happen!

Product sent was of extremely inferior quality. Misrepresented on website. Returned for refund 3 days after receiving, requesting refund. No reply from company. I sent additional emails requesting refund for returned item. Response received stated not to worry, be patient, that my shipment was in process.

I encountered the same problem. Then when response was received the scammer closed down the website and only wanted to give a 25.00 supposed compensation on a purchase costing ,$99.00 would not send address to return items. Then stopped communicating completely. Items received were misrepresented in the ad. Received inferior quality items when ship.eny was finally received after I repeatedly inquired about a fake tracking number I received. Then I received items that were shipped from with the US yet the tracking said they came directly from China. (This person is located on the US everyone. )

I ordered a floating water mat from Tian Xinheng in June 2020 and have not received it. I have sent email after email and they just respond with it is in the process of being delivered. 7 months after placing the order I emailed them again and said if I did not receive a credit for my order, I would report them. I did not hear back, so here I am reporting them. After finding this website highlighting Tuan Xinheng,s fraudulent activities, I want to know what FaceBook is doing to hold this unscrupulous and defrauding company accountable. Who is going to refund me for the product I ordered on FB but did not receive? FB has allowed a unprincipled and corrupt business to advertise on their site, and I want to know what they are doing about this!

I purchased x5 expandable faux ivy fencing on 20/09/20 and paid $114.39. The order took over two months to arrive and I was absolutely horrified to discover a miniature ‘fence’. I had measured the space to ensure the correct fit but this was a complete joke. Additionally the ivy is held in place with cable ties which are sticking out at the front-bit even cut. Extremely poor quality and I honestly couldn’t even resell it. The company is not corresponding with me, I have sent three emails now and unsure what I can do to get my money back.

I saw an ad for chair covers like the popular Ikea straight back chair. To be exact. Ordered two sets of four. Two months later I received them. Not only were they not sewn correctly but they were made to fit a children's chair! Not an adult size. The company will do nothing to help you. Filed and won a PayPal dispute it took two go rounds but I was victorious because I'm not shipping them back they're crappy merchandise as they try to do and succeed with nearly every customer. Beware of this company because they use many names. y
You will not know what their name is until it shows up on your statement. Most don't receive any goods at all and if they do their subpar or nothing at all like what they've ordered. PayPal is going to close their account but as usual this company will just pop up with a different name. Don't order anything directly from China if you can help it because they don't stand behind any of their goods.

Ordered a large Monster Truck about 3 feet wide or more and about 2 feet or more high it was a gas one not battery we received a little battery model instead of a large gas model. We paid for a large monster truck very upset we want the right truck or our $79 back. We will be looking at filing actions this unacceptable to scam people this way.
