The person reached out for a job to be done but couldn’t talk. Must text and email. Looking for quote and information. Used address of home for sale. Trying to get information to mail check for work but details same. 13 ft ceiling, replace ceiling fans etc. Asked to speak on phone or for ID before proceeding and they didn’t respond. They also used a local “for sale” home address.
