I was contacted about a problem with a Zelle transaction. The phone number on my screen was identified as Bank of America. Then they asked me to introduce a code and took from my account $3250.99. Immediately, I reported the scam to Bank of America, but unfortunately, they denied my request. I tried to appeal their decision but Bank of America hold their initial position.
