I ordered products in early December for my kids. I received several emails with updates about shipping and delivery and now one about them closing down company. It said they are closing but that if I previously was notified my products shipped then they will be delivered

They haven’t been delivered and will not be. I was charged 174.83 and received no product

The Retrosnap advertises online, saying that they will send you a handheld game console with pre-loaded games. The promise to deliver the console in 4-9 days, but nothing has been delivered. They promise to deliver the console, but it has been over two weeks and nothing has arrived. When you attempt to cancel an order since they were unable to deliver the product on time, they state that the order cannot be cancelled since the delivery has already been shipped.

I have reported them to my credit card company as a fradulent scheme.
