I ordered the Therapexa on December 18, 2025 and never received it. I have sent three emails and have not received any reply. I received an email to track my package. The received an email saying there was a delay in shipping. Now the tracking shows no package to be delivered. I am not sure what happened but do not order from them. Too many others have the exact same story as mine. It stinks. They should be ashamed.
