A call came in to my Mother for fake supplements April 2026. They bullied her into buying and stole $1300 from her. We were able to send the vitamins back but never received a refund. We reported it to her bank and changed all her card numbers. And we started using gift cards to limit her exposure to fraud/scams.

Then another fraudster called her in July and the same thing happened. This time it was from:

Dietary Supplement Products - GlycoUltra Products

Bogus address: 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773 (a vacant lot)

Bogus number: 877-354-7156 and 800-670-8946 both disconnected

Bogus email: [email protected]; [email protected];

Distributed by GlycoResult (no address) Phoenix Arizona 85008

This time she lost $199.85 and $59.85 and $99.85

Today we reported it to the gift card company and changed the card number. Again, no reimbursement.
