I previously had great experiences purchasing from this company in 2020 and 2022, but something has changed, and it no longer appears to be legitimate.

On January 11th, I placed an online order for two products and a pillow revival service. My credit card payment kept failing due to an issue on the seller’s end, so I used Venmo instead, sending payment to “sustainablebaby” (David Bowman) with my order number. That same day, I received an email confirming payment and stating my order was being processed.

On January 20th, I received an email stating my order had finished processing, and a USPS tracking number was created. However, USPS tracking only showed that a delivery date would be provided once they received the package.

By January 30th, with no updates, I emailed The Sustainable Baby Co.’s customer support. I received an automated response promising a reply within 24–48 hours, but no such timely response. The reply also mentioned a chat service on the website for urgent matters that does not actually exist.

On February 4th, I called and texted the phone number listed on their website but received no response. However, I did finally get an email that day stating my order was “almost finished” and asking if I had received the return label for the pillow revival. I replied that I had not and requested they send it. No response.

On February 10th, I reached out again via text and email for an update. On February 13th, I received an email stating my order had shipped and that I should expect the return label for the pillow revival to be sent shortly. However, I never received the return label, and I never heard from them again.

After that, I made multiple attempts to get support, including five more emails/texts, one of which was a request for a refund. My order status on their website shows “completed,” but I never received anything from this company, and the USPS tracking number remains pending, meaning the package was never dropped off.

After 40 days with no order delivery and 10 failed attempts to get support, I submitted a formal refund request via Venmo on February 20th. When I still received no response, I escalated the issue by opening a dispute claim. As of now, the dispute is still pending, with no response from the seller.

Please do not give your money to this company. I wish I had checked the recent ScamPulse.com reviews before placing my order.
