This website lures you in with a $10 dollar charge and a "7 day free trial" but if you do not cancel your "subscription" (in quotes because nowhere in the process is it detailed that you are signing up for a subscription service), you will be charged $40 a month. On their website, they explain in their FAQ that you can cancel the subscription "directly from the cancellation form in your account" but there is nowhere on the website to login or create an account. The other option is to send them an email "requesting" the cancellation be processed, but they never respond and I am still being charged. Others have reported that if you request a stop payment from the bank, they continue to charge under other names.

They offered a personality test with a pay wall to access more features (access to full results, personalized training program, as well as premium access to personality lab). after you complete the test.
