Ordered a Celtic cross necklace and was very happy with the purchase. I was unknowingly enrolled in a monthly subscription of $29.99 for "veteran service dog support". The company claimed I acknowledged it, so it must be buried in fine print at checkout. A request to stop charging my card and cancel any ongoing subscription was met with an "are you sure" email and charged again the next month. When I pressed them to cancel it again, they claimed they were cancelling it "as a gesture of goodwill". It is likely they are legally protected - let the buyer beware.

The Honor Union kept billing me $29.99 for no reason. I bought a Cross Necklace from them via Facebook (I believe). Then two weeks later they charged my credit card $29.99 for no reason.

I ordered a Fathers Day gift on June 8th and still have not received the product. Tried to call and unable to contact anyone. Wanted to cancel order but no one will answer the phone. Looked on my credit card statement and they are now charging me a 29.99 monthly subscription fee for a subscription I did not authorize.

They advertise that a cross necklace if purchased goes towards veterans training service dogs. Upon check out they ask you if you want to donate 9.99 to feed a dog. Plus the cost of the necklace. But a month after you receive a charge for 29.99 out of the blue. It was never stated a recurring charge would be made. I tried several times to cancel it online, finally I was able to email them and at least cancel it. But they would not refund me the other charges I didn't agree to.
