Order was placed online. First indication of a problem was the confirmation email received as noted below
After allowing plenty of time I started by replying to the email. But received a non-delivery report - the address no longer exists. Attempts to contact via there website were ignored.
Resorted to the dispute resolution process with the credit card (Mastercard). They seem willing to investigate the charge but someone really needs to investigate the company. they should not be allowed to offer credit card payments because they are obviously criminals.
