I was checking on how much money I had on my debit master card around 1:30pm on 10/15/2022. They said I had like $77 dollars when I should have had like $180 something. So I selected to hear my transactions. They said on 10/15/2022 a signature transaction of $99.95 with a $5something card charge was done for TRULY GOOD SHOPPER. I never even heard of Truly Good Shopper. I did not authorize this purchase nor signed for anything.

Don’t know why I even did the survey. Took the survey for the iPhone 14. Paid the 1.95 shipping, then immediately locked my card. Went back and looked and low and behold my card declined a 95 dollar charge. Thank goodness I had the forethought to lick the card. Beware of this company. Nothing in life is free.

I got the email about being a ninja never dull knives a survey and $1.95 and then charged $99 for some fitness crap
Which I did not authorize!
Then they proceeded to try to do ATM inquiries! Did anybody else get the ATM inquiries thanks very anxious

The good shopper tried to scam me out of $69.99 on my credit card was declined Thank goodness! Was wanting me to buy something to begin with and I cancelled the order! How sad they do this to people! Beware when shopping on line people there are a lot of scammers out there! If it sounds to good to be true it is!

I received an email from what looked like ace hardware. Saying that I was picked to win a Milwaukee power drill for the price of shipping of $1.95. I put in my information to pay for the shipping and they charged me an additional $99.95, In addition to the $1.95 shipping. The bank statement said is from the good shopper XXX-XX42127 NV. I never consented to have a charge for $99.95 debited from my bank card. In addition this put me into a negative balance on my bank account. This has put me in a very bad position as an hour I have no money until I get paid. I normally do not far for such scams, however it was my husband‘s birthday, and he really trusts Ace Hardware, and I thought it would be really nice for me to be able to get him that drill for his birthday. I am very upset about this whole situation.

I just took a survey for Ace Hardware to win a Green Egg. They charged my card 1.95. I called the credit card company immediately and wasn't fast enough- they charged another 99.95. I cancelled my card, but I will have to pay this amount. God help them if I ever find who did this.

A charge of $1.95 was initially charged for Shipping and Handling. Then an additional charge of $99.95 was made that was NOT authorized by me. The Good Shopper shouldn't be able to SCAM people and make false charges to credit cards. They're obviously not a legitimate business and should be SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY!

To whom this may concern: I don’t know how they got my personal information and debit card number’s. They stole $99.95 from my debit card account. The company Good Shopper does not even exist! How do I get my money back, that they stole fraudulently from my account! The transaction is pending at this time, I had a migraine trying to canceling all of my credit cards and debit cards and having to pay to get issued new cards. I was scan 99.98 too and 1.98 I am trying to stop payment but I am getting a hard time.
I goggle them got a number but it was instercart # and I never use that either .
I would like to know how could I get back my money

I believe this is false advertisement in the product you are offering, because it said pay $1.95 not 99.95 along with it. I want my money refunded as soon as possible. All of it $101.90! This is definitely a scam

My bank gave me a number for customer service for them. She refits take off the charge but said she canceled further charges. 1-844-394-2127. I’m reporting them for this.

I received a fraud alert from My Bank, I go to mobile app for bank and view transactions and I have approximately 5 purchases from the Good Shopper which is not any Good, because I didn't make any purchases someone is spending My money, Thank Goodness My Bank suspected something wrong, but now I'm inconvenienced because My card is locked. There should be Cyber task force for hackers and thieves of virtual world in technology and get these criminals!

Did the survey and won a toolset. It Said pay $1.95 for shipping and I was done. Later that day they tried to get closer to $100. There's not enough money in the account but how long can this go on? Was just notified they tried it again. Talk about a money maker! I called Ace hardware corporate office and they had no clue their name was getting involved. I immediately tried to go back and get a phone number or something but there's absolutely no contact information on the survey scam pages.
What should I do,? Can you help me?

I am not here to put anyone down in any way. Listen the words free, won, prize attract us all but let us think of two things.
First, when was the last time you entered a drawing? If you win some major prize do you truly feel an e-mail will be the means of contact. It may look like an email from a trusted company but do you ever click on the header and look at the from address? Example; HomeDepot.admin.Jxh3q7314 is not the Home Depot. Legit companies do not end with string of letters & numbers.
Second. Taking a survey that came in an e-mail should set off your warning light. How do they know you shop there? Why ask my opinion now when I haven't shopped in a week. Companies want your feedback when it's fresh in your head. Those are the times you say, "I can't right now. . . ", and keep walking. If the survey ask about schooling, accidents, payment types and/or a cpl other things. They are selling you to other companies. If you said yes or maybe to the right question, like a past crash, your number is sold to those Co's. Like a lead. No wonder I'm getting law or Ins. calls
I'm sorry none of this will get your money back. I hope you do cause you worked hard for it. But looking at these things with better knowledge might save your pockets. One last thing. Look at the bottom of the email from a business. When you see " If you no longer wish to receive these emails write . ."! Check the address. Example ; Wal-Mart addy 6130 Flamingo rd Lv, NV. 81103. Major red flag living in Vegas. Your zip usually the first digit covers state, the second city up to county. New York zip 10*^*, LV ZIP is 89@#$. Turns out 81103 is in Mexico. Good luck, stay strong!

I’m very upset they charged my card twice one for $1.95 for shipping which I agreed to but the second payment I did not authorize and I use Face ID and pin for all my transactions but the second charge was for $99.95 I want my money back please help me and there is no way to reach out to merchant to cancel the payment I even tried to stop payment on my card but it said it’s still pending so I was told to reach out to merchant and there is no way to do so

Was sent an email from kohls so I thought it was ok welp it said receive a grill griddle free after $1.39 for shipping and I woke up to $89 taken off my account I need my money or I wouldn't have settled for a deal

They said if I take a survey I get pots and pans as a gift. Then they want 1.95 for shipping. After that they just helped themselves to my money. They stole 89.95 from me.
