Essentially, this company advertises themselves as a small Canadian artisan business making silverware. I paid $159 for our set. They arrived from China- not Canada. The set was plastic. Not wooden with high quality stainless steel. When I contacted them they said no refunds. I just want buyers to be aware of this company and that it is a very deceiving situation. They advertise one thing - “lifetime silverware”- then sell you silverware that is at the same level of throw away party utensils. Then you email for some sort of refund and they refuse. Not professional. Very bummed, we used wedding money and we’re super pumped. Turned out to just be an elaborate scam.
