I placed an order through instagram, and didn't realize that it was not actually The Children's Place until after I paid. I tried to cancel the order, but the website was clearly fake and there was no valid contact information. I e-mailed "customer service" several times over the course of a month and a half trying to get information about when my package would arrive. They responded quickly, but every time they sent a "tracking website" link, it never worked and that website was also fake. After about 40 days of waiting, I told them that I would be disputing the charge with my bank, and they then offered me a refund for my "inconvenience." They paid me back $13, but I still did not receive my package. Finally, I e-mailed again, asking to advise me when the items were in NY, and all of a sudden, their "tracking" showed that my package had been delivered 2 days prior - it was not. So I insisted on a refund, and they offered to send me a new package within 5-7 days, which I denied, and again asked for refund. Initially, they offered me 60%, and when I would not accept that, they offered 90%. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank.
