Entered into contract to do curb cut and paving of landing pad last 11/2018. The contract was $4300. Contractor asked for $3000 deposit. From that time on nothing was done. All he did was scheduled for the job several times but no show and when I asked why he will give a litany of reasons and excuses. Up until after a month of cancellations, we asked him to return our money back. He did the same thing promised to return our money and scheduled to meet but still a no show. We visited the Coney Island, NY address on his business card but it was a hoax because there is another office occupying the same address. Up to this time, he has not returned our money back. We already had the curb cut and paving done by another company. He is still at large and maybe still scamming other people.
