I saw a posting shared to me by a friend on facebook of a really great deal on a girl selling "Nike" brand clothes. I went to her page to actually look at it better and realized that this woman is taking the nike swoosh logo and printing it onto clothes then selling them for $45 a pair. If you look at her page, she makes these in all different colors. She is also advertising them to be sold on a webpage called Youniques Boutique. which is also a violation of the company Younique. She took their name and is using it for her own personal use to sell non Younique brand items. Recently within the last couple days, she is claiming and advertising to people on facebook that she now owns the trademark, Mom Life, which is false, as that is registered and trademarked by Chelsea Rossi.
